How do I advertise my units?

Under the ‘Sellers of BNG’ once you are registered and logged in there is a ‘Sellers Create Listing’ Form. Populate the form and we will make your listing go live for potential developers to view.

How does it work?

We are effectively a broker. Once your advert is live we will look to match your BNG units for sale to a developer on our database requiring those units. As a broker we will charge a competitive fee for this service. We will get you to agree to our terms and conditions and as part of the sale we will invoice you the brokerage fee.

Can I Choose the price of my units?

They should be based on the ARBTECH valuations. However there is element of flexibility at the sellers discretion

Can I advertise my units elsewhere?

Yes absolutely you can advertise else where.

What will it cost me?

Between 3-5% based on the size of transaction, with a minimum fee of £1250 plus VAT

How will i get paid for my units?

Both yourself and buyer will need a solicitor, the transaction will be directly between yourself and the developer buying the units. Yours and the buyers solicitors will be responsible for undertaking the relevant due diligence.

What happens if my sale falls through?

If your sale falls through we will not invoice you for a broker fee. We will however restart the search for a buyer for your units.
